Housing Quality Standards (HQS)This 2 ˝ day seminar is designed for those staff involved in performing HQS inspections in respective HUD programs to insure that it is “decent, safe and sanitary”. This class is designed to train and certify individuals with the HQS Standard. The objective of this seminar is to for staff to leave with a clear understanding of the HQS standard.
